That pretty much summed up the Captivated By You for me thank you Cary Taylor for the marvelous quote. Okay people my love for Gideon Cross and curiosity for the outcome of the Crossfire characters got the best of me and I finished it in one sitting,but this book just has so much drama!!! And once again a book that is full of filler sex and Sylvia extending parts of the story that did not need it.

I am not saying it was not an enjoyable read but it was a frustrating one. I did love how she wrote some of the book in Gideon’s perspective. It was nice to see how he really sees Eva and what he is really thinking since he is horrible at expressing himself half the time and he keeps to many secrets.

SPOILER ALERT I REPEAT SPOILERS ARE ALL UP IN THIS!!!

I am overjoyed that Eva is now Mrs. Cross the wedding at the end of the last book was short sweet and to the point and adorable and crazy romantic. But for the love of Pete why are we still having issues with the ex boyfriend? I get that Brett is supposed to be this rock star sex God with the voice of an angel. On top of that he wont give up easy and has no idea that they are married in the beginning but why is Eva so dead set on seeing him and getting more “closure”. To be honest they barely had a relationship to begin with so why even bother! WHY EVA WHY!?

“I think of nothing but you. All day. Every day. Everything I do, I do with you in mind. There’s no room for anyone else. It kills me that you have room for him.”

I say again WHY EVA!

Gideon seems to have women in his past that want to destroy him and they are all coming at him right now. The reporter, Corinne and Anne I am a little afraid as to what may come next for them. Out of all of these the ones that make my heart ache with anticipation of the hot mess they can create is Anne and Corinne. Corinne is dead set on writing this tell all book about Gideon all because she is mad that he does not want her. Anne is scary we have no idea what she is going to do or what she is capable of really but she is a direct connection to Gideon’s horrible childhood and I have no idea what she is going to do but I would be worried, maybe Eva will try to kill her?

I am still in shock from the bomb from last book about Cary..how is that man going to have a baby? Will he forever be in a love triangle with trey and Titania?

In the end Gideon finally pushes Eva to far with his controlling ways and she needs to take her space. And that my friends is the reason that I NEED TO READ THE LAST BOOK. Even though Silvia Day has definitely dragged on

this story longer than needed I enjoy the relationship between Gideon and Eva. And am counting down the days Till April 2016 because yes people she has finally set a release date for the final book in the series One with You will be here soon!!
