Luke and Scarlett’s forced proximity situation was born out of necessity, but their romance grows organically. They complement each other like campfire marshmallows, and melted chocolate. Luke is the epitome of the “good guy” in Clifton Forge, and who better to help start healing Scarlett’s aches than the man who lights the fire in her soul.
Part of why I love the Tin Gypsy series, and specifically Noble Prince, is that many of the characters from the previous books make an appearance in some form. I love that not only do Luke and Scarlett get their story told, but so do Scarlett and Presley. We get the other side of the sister’s story that was told in Stone Princess. Additionally, because of how the Clifton Forge group of friends keeps growing, we readers also get updates on the lives of the other beloved characters as well.
