The Conclusion of Gwen and J.C.'s Story Gwen Anders came to The Sky Launch to begin fresh, away from the horrors of her past. She fit in quickly, becoming good friends with her co-manager, Alayna Withers and the owner of the club, Hudson Pierce. Though the circumstances that brought her here were not the best, she's never felt more at home. But starting a new life means letting go. And there are some things she doesn't want to leave behind - like JC, the man who taught her how to let loose. The man she wasn't supposed to fall in love with. The man she doesn't want to lose. Now, with the reason she ran still a threat, Gwen fears she'll never be able to move on completely. And if she does, can she still hold out hope that JC loves her enough to come and find her?
Laurelin can we have another?
Find me is the exciting conclusion to the Found Duet Series by Laurelin Paige. I loved every second of this book. It was a great improvement from the first book. It had much more to keep me interested than a good back story. In true laurelin Paige fashion Find Me was filled with Drama twists and turns that kept me guessing. Spoilers are all up in this review just to warn you.
What did I love about the book?
First things first we get to see a bit of Alayna and Hudson, I just love this couple they are cute and whats even more adorable is Gwen and Alayna become good friends.
Gwen and Chandler, yes people you heard me correctly I could not believe it, my emotions were going crazy I felt so bad for chandler you can tell he was really into Gwen. Unfortunately, our little Gwen is just emotionally unavailable and waiting for the love of her life to come home. This little nugget of love was not only a shocker to me but made me so excited for the release of Chandler that I can’t contain myself.
JC’s triumphant return was exciting, corny and aggravating all at the same time. Not only did he try to win her back in an adorable way. He then started getting all alpha I do what I have to in order to protect you thing. I loved and hated it, for some reason it just did not fit him. He always came off as so carefree. I could not help but feel that if things went another way he wouldn’t have come back for her at all and left her at the damn altar.
Things I didnt like?
I actually liked almost everything about this story. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and it gave me everything I was hoping for out of it and a bit more (can’t wait for the next spin-off).
